Wake up with Wendy

Laughing burns calories.

Hope you enjoy Wendy's emails as much as we do!

Dear Family and Friends,Most of you know I went in for a surgical procedure for a Butt Lift at the Wal-Mart Medical Center. I didn't have the most pleasant experience.

I should've left well enough alone. Please, Please, PLEASE, don’t get a Butt Lift at the Wal-Mart Medical Center. You will certainly regret it.

I wanted to show you how it turned out. I hope this keeps YOU from having this done.

Love, Mary

  • Tomato Soup, or any drinkable soup

  • Protein Shake

  • Banana

  • Canned Green Beans

  • Candy Corn (not healthy, but has the word corn in it)

  • Soft sandwich, take small bites, tuck in cheek when answering a call.

  • Cottage cheese

Taking the Stairs

By climbing the stairs, you burn approx. 8 calories per minute.

So...apparently I should start climbing slower.

If I climbed the stairs 10 times, then I won't have even burned enough calories to cover the piece of cinnamon bread my co worker brings in every Tuesday...grrrr!

Mine as well, have another slice :)

Foods to Not Bring to Work

  • FISH- one time a girl brought fish to work, and it got reported to HR due to the inability for associates to take calls because of their gag reflex.
  • Cookies- Nate down the isle has all the treats set on top of the little fridge that sits right next to him. So, this was his contribution to the list...
  • Indian Food- But that would be HR inappropriate...
  • Leftovers- as a Potluck contribution.
  • Duck Embryo- YA! Someone actually brought a baby duck to eat at work...???
  • Baby Animals

----------------------------------------------

But, seriously...
  • If it's not going to support your goal to be healthy don't bring it, and miraculously you won't eat it! Funny, how that works...

Foods to Keep at Work

I found that whatever I keep in my drawer, I eat. ALL of it! So, I keep nothing in my drawer and only bring what I want to eat that day.
